There was absolutely no pressure or sales push at any point—just honest advice and someone who genuinely took the time to answer all of my questions. I was really nervous going into it, but she completely put me at ease. She has such a reassuring way about her, and I felt comfortable straight away. What really stood out to me is how well she understands older skin and how carefully she considered what would be best for me. I know I wasn’t the easiest client because of my health needs, but she took that seriously—doing her own research and even checking with other professionals to make sure everything was safe. That meant a lot to me. After going through a tough few years of intensive medical treatment, I’d got to a point where I didn’t recognise the face looking back at me in the mirror.
