Rachel was fantastic from my very first consultation right through to me deciding to go ahead with treatment. There was absolutely no pressure or sales push at any point—just honest advice and someone who genuinely took the time to answer all of my questions. I was really nervous going into it, but she completely put me at ease. She has such a reassuring way about her, and I felt comfortable straight away. What really stood out to me is how well she understands older skin and how carefully she considered what would be best for me. I know I wasn’t the easiest client because of my health needs, but she took that seriously—doing her own research and even checking with other professionals to make sure everything was safe. That meant a lot to me. After going through a tough few years of intensive medical treatment, I’d got to a point where I didn’t recognise the face looking back at me in the mirror. This feels like the start of a journey for me, and I already feel like I’m in the right hands with Rachel. I’m really pleased with how my first treatment went and can already see a small difference. This was my first time having any aesthetic work , also i may add I'm needle phobic. Rachel is so professional and in my first consultation immediately put me at ease. We discussed what area's of my face I would like to improve and Rachel informed me of the various procedures she could do and what results i could expect from them. My main concern had been recent weightloss that had left my face looking gaunt and sad and quite frankly older than my years. I have also hated my whole life the lack of symmetry and fullness in my lips. We agreed on a course of treatments and well I think the before and after photos speak for themselves. I honestly feel I look 10 years younger. I am over the moon with my new fuller lips and the symmetry you've achieved. Thank you Rachel for restoring my outside to how I still feel on the inside.
